Meet Our Board

Mike has been involved in the arts as an actor, singer, and musician for his entire life. He started playing in pit orchestras at Cassidy Theatre in 1992 and has been acting, directing and musical directing ever since. In January 2020, he became the Board President and helped the organization navigate through the pandemic. Mike works as a Business Technology Manager in the Financial Services industry and is happily married to his husband Adam. They have five adorable cats.

Since 2012, Joellen Woodring has been involved with the Cassidy Theatre, starting as a spotlight operator for our production of Gypsy. She has since worked backstage and operated the light board for numerous productions. In 2023, Joellen joined the board of directors to further support the theatre's mission of bringing the arts to the community. Joellen is a Supervising Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with over25 years of experience in health. She provides trainings on mental health, leadership, and professional conduct. Joellen finds joy in seeing the stories of each production come to life on stage and how theatre brings people together.
